This kind of cooling device is specially designed with a counter flow type closed circuit cooler with an induced mild flow of wind with a capacity of 85 to 46,667 MBH (24 to 13,664 kW). Usual production consists of original, highly competent Thermal-Pak coil and an electrified steel basin with an exceptional G-235 (Z-725Europe). Above all they provide 304 or 316 kind of stainless steel basin or even for every unit.
MAINTENANCE FEATURES
The best feature in JC closed circuit coolers are easy to maintain, quicker to access and user friendly so that it becomes handy for everyone to use. For better performance of the closed circuit cooler the basin, coil and the drive system are to be over checked periodically. It is more simple and safe to service the cooler from the sides as it is performed in the basin. Among the various belt drive system we prefer JC’s power-band drive system which enhance the performances of the belt drive system in industry. To be free from repairs and to achieve an extended life cycle we make use of exclusive Thermal-pak coil.
3′, 4′, 8-1/2′ & 17′ WIDE MODELS MOTOR MOUNT, POWER BAND BELT ADJUSTMENT AND BEARING LUBRICATION
The Motor service and the belt force can be managed easily even from the outside of the cooler with the help of motor of the fan and Drive assembly. It has a T.E.F.C motor would be fixed on the surface of the cooler with a cover to prevent it getting damaged by weather. The fan can be easily accessed with the help of a huge access door which is kept static on the surface. It is attached in such a way that the tightening of the J-Bolts and the wind current can be monitored quickly even while standing nearby the unit. The lubrication of the bearing can also be performed even from the surface of the cooler. These lubrication lines have been stretched to the outside surface so that the lubrication is made easy by the access door..
